At Community360, the Research, Engagement and Insight Team brings together community knowledge, academic expertise and evidence-led practice to help shape stronger communities.
Guided by our values of Inclusivity and Integrity, we work alongside voluntary organisations, public sector partners, health services and local residents to ensure that lived experience is heard, valued and reflected in decision-making.
Rooted in Collaboration, the team works across sectors to deliver a diverse range of projects including community engagement, participatory research, evaluation, impact reporting, asset mapping and partnership development. By bringing together organisations, communities and specialists around shared goals, we help create a fuller understanding of local needs, strengths and opportunities.
Our team combines practical community-based experience with a strong academic foundation. With expertise spanning programme delivery, partnership working and community engagement, alongside postdoctoral research, doctoral study and collaborations with the University of Essex, we apply Innovation to develop new approaches that generate meaningful insight and lasting impact.
We are committed to building Resilience within communities and organisations by transforming data, research and lived experience into practical solutions. Whether supporting community-led research, developing robust evaluation frameworks, facilitating partnerships or strengthening impact reporting, we help ensure that evidence informs action and that communities remain at the heart of every project.
