This Eating Disorder Awareness Week, the charity Beat are shining a light on avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), a largely unknown and misunderstood eating disorder.

ARFID is an umbrella term that includes different signs and symptoms for different people but includes the avoidance or restriction of food in terms of amount, range of foods, or both.
