The PFCC are committed to working with local voluntary and community sector partners to deliver on the ambitions of the Police and Crime Plan to keep our communities safe.

Recognising the value of these groups, and the vital work they do for local communities, Roger Hirst, the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex has reopened the Community Safety Development Fund.

This £250,000 fund offers grants of up to £20,000 for community projects.

Grants of up to £20k are now available for work that has an impact on community safety.

Visit the PFCC’s website for information and a copy of the Fund criteria and application form.

Please note the tight deadline of 1st March, for community and voluntary sector groups to apply.

If you have any queries please contact the PFCC’s office via pfcc@essex.police.uk or 01245 291600.
