Type 2 diabetes patient event – Tuesday 14 November 2023 09:30 – 12:30
This online event is a collaboration between Diabetes UK and NHS Suffolk and North East Essex.
There will be healthcare professionals from your local Diabetes team delivering talks on how to manage your diabetes, diet and exercise, foot care, how mental health can be affected and where to find support. There will also be an opportunity to ask any burning questions and to find out about how Diabetes UK can support you as someone living with diabetes and what resources and services are available to you.
